Poopity Scoop offers pet waste removal services for residential and commercial clients. All visits are scheduled in advance through our website or third-party booking tool (Jobber).

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth and safe service, clients agree to:

• Ensure gates are unlocked and accessible on service days

• Secure all pets

• Inform us of any changes to property access, safety hazards, or pet behavior

3. Scheduling and Cancellation

You may schedule, reschedule, or cancel services via our website or contact form. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
Missed appointments due to locked gates or inaccessible areas may still be charged.

4. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. Payments are processed through Jobber’s secure platform.
Late or missed payments may result in suspended services until resolved.

5. Liability

We always aim to deliver safe, responsible service. However, Poopity Scoop is not liable for damage to landscaping, lawn decorations, or pet-related issues unless clearly due to our negligence. Please report any concerns to us promptly.

6. Use of Website

Our website should be used for legitimate service-related purposes only. Submitting false information or attempting unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we do, we’ll post changes on this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
